On a beautiful morning, September 1st, 2025, a group of talented professionals from IBM gathered at the stunning Chairman’s Jade Club & Resort in Devanahalli. The goal for the day? The instructions were simple but challenging: the team leader had to sit on a chair, and the rest of the team had to carry them to various points around the resort. The team that completed the course the fastest, without dropping their leader (very important!), won.
You can just imagine the scene! It was a flurry of coordinated (and sometimes not-so-coordinated!) effort, a lot of laughter, and some serious strategic thinking on the fly. How do you lift the chair? How do you navigate the terrain? How do you keep pace?
